Ny Naruto character, Antai Chihei, daughter of Uchiha Itachi and Hyuuga Hanabi. Also known as Shingan no Chihei, she was the first possessor of the Shingan (Mind's Eye) bloodline, and died when she was 14 just outside of Taiyougakure no Sato.
